A long-running machine designed to match people with their soulmate takes its next client, but after a seemingly innocent software glitch, it begins to deviate from its programming…

Spolu (2024) was shot during my semester at FAMU in the Czech Republic, and it follows a machine whose purpose is to assign clients with their ideal romantic partner. However, when the machine malfunctions, it falls in love with its client, willing to do anything to be the perfect lover. The film was shot on 35mm color film in Prague with a student crew and local Czech actors, with equipment and funding provided by FAMU.
