Headwaters is the second feature film I wrote and directed, shot on location in rural northern Wisconsin. The film stars Judi Schindler as an aging family matriarch, who is pressed to return to the city by her two sons after the unexpected death of her husband. The film was shot over the course of 11 days on a $20,000 budget, with a crew entirely composed of student filmmakers.

The film is currently in post-production.
